Join Lindsay for a St. Patrick's day cooking party at the CLC! First we will get some trusty Irish soda bread and a classic cottage pie in the oven. While they cook, we will have fun hand rolling (and eating!) corned beef and cabbage egg rolls with Guinness mustard cheese sauce.
To finish off the night we will pour some velvety chocolate stout sauce over vanilla ice cream. Sláinte!
