“Thank you!” to all who donated food, funds, or time to the Co-op’s 18th annual food drive for The Upper Valley Haven. Co-op members donated more than 4,759 pounds of non-perishable food to the Haven’s food pantry in the month of February—breaking all our previous records!
The Dietitian is in!
Co-op Dietitian and Food and Nutrition Educator Mary Saucier Choate, M.S., R.D., L.D., helps Co-op customers find easy ways to meet their health and nutrition goals. For shoppers wanting to start eating more healthfully, Mary has created the popular Better Eating for Life program, a friendly step-by-step guide to improving your food choices. Edgewater Farm
Before lunch on an average day in strawberry season, the folks at Edgewater Farm will harvest 800 quarts of strawberries—320 for the Lebanon Co-op.
