Meet Ann Smith Lyons
We’ve all heard the stories: You have a once-in-a-lifetime event such as a wedding or major anniversary, you plan everything a year in advance, and something still goes wrong with the flowers. Ann Smith Lyons, Operations Manager for the Co-op Floral Department, will ensure that doesn’t happen.
MacLennan Farm
MacLennan Farm, Windsor, Vermont
When Co-op Merchandising Director Tony White wanted to add Upper Valley grown asparagus and corn to the Produce Department’s offerings, he asked area farmers for the name of the person who grew the best. Without exception, they pointed Tony to Alex MacLennan of MacLennan Farm in Windsor, Vermont. MacLennan Farm is also the source of the Co-op’s early season green beans. When corn takes over, Alex delivers daily to the Co-op.
