Michael Pollan, author of The Omnivore’s Dilemma and In Defense of Food is giving a lecture June 10 at the University of Vermont. The event is free and open to the public. Edgewater Farm
Before lunch on an average day in strawberry season, the folks at Edgewater Farm will harvest 800 quarts of strawberries—320 for the Lebanon Co-op.
