Caesar Salad

Our Caesar salad is made with crisp romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. The dressing is Co-op Kitchens Vegetarian Ceasar. Available in three sizes and with grilled chicken. Caesar Salads $18.00 to $45.00. With grilled chicken $28.00 to $60.00

Spinach Salad

Prepared with the freshest available spinach, hard-boiled eggs, grape tomatoes, bacon, and red onion. Accompanied by your choice of Newman’s Own Oil and Vinegar, Newman’s Own Ranch,
or Co-op Kitchens Bleu Cheese Dressing. Available in three sizes. Spinach Salads $20.00 to $48.00

Chef Salad

Mesclun and leaf lettuce, sliced peppers, seedless cucumbers, grape tomatoes, and shredded carrots topped with Boar’s Head ham, turkey, and Swiss cheese and hard-boiled eggs. Choose from Newman’s Own Oil and Vinegar, Newman’s Own Ranch, or Co-op Kitchens Bleu Cheese Dressing.
Available in three sizes. Chef Salads $28.00 to $60.00

Broccoli Slaw

This is a creation of shredded broccoli stems, carrots, and red cabbage in a simple, delicious vinaigrette, tossed with toasted almonds. One pound serves approximately 4. $4.99 per pound. Broccoli Slaw $4.99 per pound

Classic Coleslaw

Shredded cabbage and carrots with a traditional sweet and sour mayonnaise-vinegar dressing.
