Janet handles payroll in the Co-op Accounting Department and is responsible for people getting paychecks — which means she has to be great at what she does. She’s been at the Co-op for more than 12 years. Janet is not only known for accuracy and rock-solid dependability, but she is also one of those considerate types who brings in food, special coffee, and other treats regularly and shares it with all her colleagues. Every company needs a Janet. But they can’t have ours.
