
He’s got the broad shoulders you just might expect and the broad smile you just might not. It takes broad shoulders to work in the Co-op’s Receiving Department. A lot of freight comes in and out of those doors, and someone has to help it move quickly and make sure the right products get to the right places, each and every day. Ryan has worked in the Receiving area of our Hanover store for a long time. He’s very good at what he does, and he does it all with a willing smile and quiet, soft-spoken nature that makes him appreciated by both coworkers and customers alike.

Post Mills, Vermont
Of all the farms that supply the Co-op, Tim and Janet Taylor of Post Mills, Vermont, sell the widest range of products, with lettuce serving as their major crop. They provide the Co-op with eight different varieties of lettuce, which are available seven days a week during the season. They also supply salad mix, cucumbers, cauliflower, cabbage, peas, green peppers, red potatoes, summer squash, and zucchini squash. In addition, Janet provides the Co-op Floral Department with annual flowers and hanging baskets.
