Apricot Sauce

Makes 2 cups

Pour hot or cold over frozen yogurt or ice cream.

1/2 lb. dried apricots
1 cup hot water
1 Tbs. cornstarch
Dash of cinnamon

In a blender, soak apricots with hot water until soft. Add cornstarch and cinnamon and blend until smooth. Transfer sauce to a saucepan and heat until glossy.
