This meal prep class features a salad/ grain bowl and hearty soup that has 7-10 grams of fiber, 20-30 grams of protein, and keeps you evenly energized (meaning no blood sugar crashes!) for the day.
We will make two recipes that provide you lunch for the week and more. Please remember to bring your own containers and let us know if you have food allergies or are vegetarian so protein can be substituted.
